MacBook Pro User Shares Images of Fire-damaged Laptop Amid Apple’s Recall Program
Last month, Appleannounced a recallof what it said was a “limited number” of older MacBook Pros. At the time, Apple explained that certain 15-inch MacBook Pro units contained a battery that “may overheat and pose a safety risk.” New images now offer a closer look at the outcome when that happens.First spotted byPetaPixel, 15-inch MacBook Pro user Steven Gagne shared images of his laptop on Facebook, saying that it exploded just three days before Apple’s recall.
