dWhen Apple first announced the iPhone X in September, its main advertisement for the device included a relatively unknown song by dance music duo Sofi Tukker. Best Friend — which also features Nervo, The Knocks, and Alisa Ueno — became very prominent after the ad was viewed 8 million times in the 24 hours following Apple’s September event.
Good music has always been a staple of Apple’s marketing campaigns, however, and as a result, Apple has become known for its taste in music. Here are some of our favourite songs featured in Apple adverts throughout the years.

His compositions usually only consist of 3-4 chords but the way he combines the octaves and timing are what make it so harmonic and pleasant, it's amazing how this one piece (also indicates to iPhone 5 ad) has so many different meanings to so many different people.

Glass Animals are an English indie rock band from Oxford consisting of members Dave Bayley (lead vocals, guitar), Drew MacFarlane (guitar, keys, backing vocals), Edmund Irwin-Singer (bass, keys, backing vocals), and Joe Seaward (drums). The song was used in Apple's "Shot on iPhone by Linda H." advertisement in 2014.

"Walk" is the debut single of British singer Kwabs. The song was released on 26 September 2014 on Atlantic Records in the UK, becoming a minor hit. However, the song became hugely popular in Germany, reaching number one in January 2015. In Austria and Switzerland, the song reached the top five positions. The ad introduced the water-resistance feature of iPhone 7.
