It has been less than a week since Apple’s new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus went on sale, and Luca Todesco aka qwertyoruiop, the talented Italian hacker, who some say has been trolling us by demoing jailbreaks, has jailbroken iPhone 7.

He has posted the photo of Cydia running on the iPhone 7 on Twitter.

As you can see, the screenshot shows Cydia is running on iOS 10.0.1 on iPhone9,3, which is the model number of iPhone 7.

Todesco had also released a teaser video to show that he had successfully jailbroken iOS10. While it is highly unlikely that he will release a tool to jailbreak iPhone 7 running on iOS 10, it gives us hopes that Pangu or TaiG team will release a jailbreak for iOS 10 which will also support iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
