Apple quietly released iTunes version 12.7 for both Windows and macOS, and the most immediate change is that it no longer contains any options for syncing apps or ringtones to your iDevices. 

Do you miss having the App Store in iTunes? The latest 3uTools (Read what's new in V2.22? ) supports users downloading iTunes 12.6.3 which version of iTunes that retains the ability to download and install iOS apps directly within the iTunes application on a computer. Here it is:

1. Open 3uTools, head to Other Tools in Flash & JB section then install iTunes or Apple driver according to the reminders of 3uTools.

2. Open iTunes 12.6.3.exe file on Others of Downloads page, as below:
