After a much-awaited update, Saurik finally released a new version of Cydia Impactor which fixes a number of known issues and bugs in the tool. Cydia Impactor is a popular tool used by iOS users for side-loading unofficial and unsigned apps on iPhone and iPad, such as Snapchat++, Kodi, Watusi, and many other apps which would otherwise require a jailbreak to be installed.
As per the changelog, the recent update of Cydia Impactor (v0.9.45) fixes certificate errors, Xcode revokes and delete commands, and brings support for pasting passwords on macOS using the Paste command (Cmd+V). This latest update fixes a common issue that users were facing recently where Cydia Impactor would display error 160 when attempting to sideload an app. Users who’ve been plagued with this issue can now update Cydia Impactor to fix it.
To update to the latest version of Cydia Impactor, launch the app on macOS or Windows and install the update when the upgrade prompt appears. Likewise, you can delete it and reinstall the latest version from the tool’s official website.
