Many users were tested and verified this tool could support iOS 9.3.1/9.3.2/9.3.3 and 9.3.4. 3uTools guesses the developer maybe also utilized Trident leak on those iOS versions, which has been fixed on iOS 9.3.5.

Home Depot has Cydia/Substrate and tfp0 feature. Users can download this tool from developer website, and as the same way when you using Yalu jailbreak, it needs Cydia Impactor to install on your iDevice.
3uTools not suggests users to try because the tool still in testing process. But some users may have many iDevices, some users may work related with iOS developer, then uses can try it.
Since Pangu 9.1 has been released, jailbreaking 32bit iDevice always be ignored by jailbreak community. Do you expect this 32bit tool come out officially?
